These terms cover use of heypunchlist.com, the marketing website for Punchlist. Punchlist is currently pre-launch: there is no live product, subscription, or user account associated with this site yet. Once Punchlist launches, a separate Terms of Service covering the product itself will apply to your use of it - these terms only cover this website.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse this site, read our blog, and submit the forms on it (waitlist signup, demo request, pricing inquiry) to get in touch with us. You agree not to use this site to submit false or misleading information, attempt to disrupt or bypass its security (including bot protection on our forms), or use it for any unlawful purpose.
No guarantee of launch or pricing
Joining the waitlist, requesting a demo, or otherwise contacting us through this site does not create a contract, subscription, or guarantee that Punchlist will launch, or that pricing shown on this site is final. Pricing on this site is clearly labeled where it reflects current planning rather than a locked rate.
Content and intellectual property
The Punchlist name, logo, and the content on this site (copy, design, and blog posts) belong to us. You may share links to this site freely; you may not copy, republish, or reuse our content or branding without permission.
Comparisons to other products
This site includes comparisons to other companies' products (see our comparison page). We make a good-faith effort to keep those comparisons factual and current as of the date noted on that page, sourced from those companies' own public pricing pages. Their pricing and features can change after that date - see their sites for current information.
