When you submit a form on this site (waitlist signup, demo request, or pricing inquiry), we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your company or crew name, and trade (if provided)
• Any message you choose to include

We do not use tracking cookies. Site analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are cookieless and don't collect personally identifiable information - they tell us aggregate traffic patterns, not who you are.

How we use it

Form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry, keep you updated on Punchlist's launch and pricing, and improve the product based on what people tell us they need. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and process form submissions:

• Resend - delivers form submissions to us by email.
• Cloudflare - hosts this site, provides bot protection (Turnstile) on our forms, and provides cookieless site analytics.

We do not share your information with any other third party except as required by law.

Data retention and your rights

We keep form submissions as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and keep you updated about Punchlist. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by reaching out through the contact form on this site.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
